The Importance of a Team

Here at StruckSured, we are a team of peeps dedicated to your project and seeing it through. Since we have quite a few new faces that have joined the team in the past year or two, I thought it would be give a run down of what each of us do and how we work collectively.

So here is the breakdown:

Sam - That’s me! I manage the day to day operations of the business. A lot of my time is spent on marketing, business management, and all the boring behind the scenes things. BUT, I review and approve all the design selections and materials to be sure they align with our StruckSured standards.

Julie - So Julie is the go-to on the team for all construction detailing and integration questions. She manages and assists on all questions, issues, or points of concern for installation in the field. She is a bit more behind the scenes on the client side but really helps manage trade/subcontractor questions and is present in the field.

Mat & Hannah - Both Mat and Hannah work on the selections and design presentations. They are the most familiar with the granular details for each selection and they manage the cloud network for all the master materials lists and details. They sit in on client meetings and liaison with the clients to keep the projects moving and on track.

Sarah - Once we have material approvals and they need to move into purchasing, they kick over to Sarah to order, track, and manage the delivery and receipt of those materials. Sarah is our procurement manger and is a nut about the details. She is the unfortunate soul who is responsible for dealing with out-of-stock notices, backorders, and unforeseen delays.

Jordan - Love that guy. My counterpart really just helps with the business. So if you are a client, you may see him pop in from time to time but he really only helps with taxes, insurances, and all the things that are way above my pay grade.

Why does this matter you ask? Well, in the case of a custom home with a footprint over 4,000 SF, it really does take a village. If one person were to manage all that, it would come at the expense of the creativity and ingenuity we could bring to the table. We all cross pollinate and ask each other’s opinions here. So, when you work with StruckSured, you really do get the best thinktank of creative people dedicated to your project and seeing it come to life.
