Project Update -- Dragon's Breath

The project has been finding its groove mid-construction and we are so excited to see it start taking shape! Here is what the project currently looks like.

We worked through the material selections for pretty much all the rooms and spent some time nailing down the direction of the flooring, trim, sills, and all the misc parts and pieces that are too often over looked. Here was us working through the different flooring options.

We also have been working on ways to value engineer the fireplace details to avoid additional engineering or structural revisions. Check out the design intent on the fireplaces. SO BEEFY!

Finalizing all these materials has been so fun! Seeing all the hard work of selecting and editing and getting it all to approval really is such a fun time in a project’s lifespan. It is the point where all the hard work is affirmed and we can move into detailing and procuring! Check out our master material list below.
