Services We Offer | Part 2: Full Service

Continuing on with our series, we are chatting about Full Service today. This is what we call our ‘bread and butter’ service since it is majority of where we spend our time. I wanted to take a second to explain what Full Service is and means and how to know if it is a good fit for you!

I want to start by saying that we approach all project, regardless of size or scope, with a Full Service mindset. This means that we are with you from tip to tail, start to finish, beginning to the end. You get the gist. The reason for this is simple, we really want to see it through. There are so many things that come up along the way that having us around is both helpful and, truthfully, can save you a ton of headaches down the road.

So what is full service really?

So let’s try to take the 20,000 ft view of it. When we say Full-Service, what we are meaning is that we are coming in, doing a full site measure/analysis, taking over the architectural plan set and fully detailing construction packages for the installation crews, procuring materials, and selecting the furnishings and soft goods. Yeah, I know, it’s a lot. There is so much that goes into it. This same set of services is applied no matter if your project is just a Kitchen remodel or if it is a whole New Construction house. The service is thorough and we intend to keep it that way!

By having us present every step of the way, you are able to sit back and truly enjoy the process. We coordinate with your build team and love to host regular check in meetings. If you are building in an area that you do not primarily live, we are really well rehearsed in regular site check ups and updates to you so that you have the peace of mind that your design team always has eyes on what is going on.

Furthermore, we really do take on these projects as though they are our own. We advocate for you and get through any pain points with grace and humility, and really try to keep the process fun and enjoyable. Building is stressful, we desire to make it fun.

Lastly, our detailed construction packages truly are top of the industry. I don’t mean to brag, but our vendors and subs love us for this very reason. We are SUPER organized and love to make the build process efficient. This helps reduce the number of last minute decisions, phone calls, site visits, and general management. This, in turn, shortens the build process and helps reduce costs.

but i don’t think I need that level of service….

I know that many of you read the above, heavy lifting of work that we do, and may think you do not need this level of service. Often times when we have this conversation, I like to ask, ‘If you spend time and money having us pick all the materials, and we do not do the construction detailing and packages, how is that information going to get to your build team?’ so that you can think about where the information is going, who is managing it, and who you are expecting to answer the calls in the field about it. If the answer is that you want your design team to do it, then you are definitely needing Full Service.

Cheers!
